Today while going through the class, I was astonished to see that none of the three enemies of human body (salt, sugar and maida) were used. Above all one is saved from the tedious hours of sweating in the kitchen. The best part was Rupinder herself, the way she taught, how well she explained in absolutely simple language the benefits of each item. All the ingredients used are the day to day items, found all around us. It's been an eye opener and sure enough-I am motivated to try it out.
Today's session was interesting and useful as expected. I've been wanting to get my enthusiasm for doing yoga at the start of the day and today was a great day to do that. Since I have had a cold and cough for the last eight days plus I had done five days of medication too, I was very keen on flushing out my system. Immediate response is I am coughing less, I don't feel sickly because till yesterday my throat was very scratchy.
