When summers are at its peak and most of the time we are sweating by the hot air outside we need to keep our bodies well hydrated and cool.
This simple infused water using typical Indian everyday household ingredients like cucumber, mint, Indian gooseberry (amla) and lemon is a perfect solution for such hot and sweating days. All you have to do is soak these ingredients with skin in plain drinking water for a few hours so that the flavours infuse with the water making it soothing and flavourful.

We all know we should drink plenty of water in a day but sometimes it sounds boring. Infusing water is an innovative way to keep yourself to have have enough water in a day and keep your body well hydrated.
